Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Summary:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of sales representatives in a specific geographical area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Prospect for new customers and build relationships with existing customers
  • Provide training and support to sales representatives
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify sales opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Track and report on sales performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
